Dalgona Style Matcha Drink

First, I had a crush with the mint cloudy look. I mean, what can be more aesthetic way to start the day with than that? And then, I decided to make it at home, and omg guys. Turned out, it tastes as good as it looks. So I thought it's worthy to share the recipe with y'all. Well, here it is.
Matcha Dalgona Cloud
All You Need:
- Whipped cream – half cup
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract – few drops
- Matcha powder - 1-2 tbsp
- Milk (better with plant based milk ex. coconut milk or rice milk with vanilla taste)
- Mixer
- Bowl
- A pretty glass
- Ice cubes
How To Do It:
Whip together the whipped cream, sugar and the vanilla extract in a bowl till you almost get a cloud-like, airy foam. Add 1 or 2 tablespoon of matcha powder after that so it keeps the stunning mint color. When it's foamy enough, pour it over a glass of (plant) milk filled with ice cubes, and thank me later. :D
